We photographed our new Barra and Nazaré placemats in the home of Spanish interior designer Teresa Golpe, a space full of character and impeccable taste. For this shoot, we wanted to create a table that felt light, fresh and already hinting at spring - the kind that invites you to sit down and linger.

Production and styling were led by the Torres Novas team, with Teresa’s help in selecting a few key elements - such as the plates and glasses - that made all the difference.

The new Barra and Nazaré placemats

The stars of this shoot are our new placemats, designed to bring even more versatility to the table. Barra feels more relaxed and playful, while Nazaré leans towards a more classic and elegant look.

They can be paired with matching napkins and personalised with names, initials or any of our themed embroidery - a detail that makes all the difference when hosting.

Teresa Golpe’s home

Shooting in Teresa Golpe’s home was a true privilege. As an interior designer, she has a distinctive eye and a beautiful way of creating spaces that feel both elegant and lived-in.

Devagar Living plates and glasses

The plates and glasses are from Devagar Living, Teresa’s homeware brand. Handmade in Portugal, these pieces have a simple, authentic beauty that pairs perfectly with our textiles.

Silver cutlery

The cutlery comes from Teresa’s personal collection - antique English silver pieces that add a sense of history and refinement to the table.

Amor & Lima flowers

To bring freshness and colour, we chose cheerful flowers, already hinting at spring, from our friends at Amor & Lima.
